- Depending on your shipping address, your order may take 2-10 business days to arrive. Local orders are often hand-delivered… safely of course!

- We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages

Florian Clinic does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products.*
We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and invoice. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of delivery. Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Refunds and exchanges apply to regular priced items only. Sale items cannot be returned and are yours to keep!
We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that originally qualified for free shipping.
* ALLERGIC REACTIONS – we understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. We will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use.
We reserve the right to request a Doctor’s letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
NOTE: Instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you are concerned about the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor and/or follow-up with us for further information.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
As a consideration to our guests and our staff, please provide at least 24 hours cancellation notice for individual services and 48 hours notice for spa packages or multi-service visits. If less notice is given and we unable to fill the reserved time, 50% of the value of the reserved appointments(s) may be charged as compensation. This applies to all spa packages and any service (single or combined) over $100.
Missed Appointments will be charged full value.
